<p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Gaulkan mentega dengan tepung dengan mengunakan jejari<br />
sehingga menjadi abuk roti. Masukkan campuran air dan<br />
telur, sedikit-sedikit sambil diuli sehingga menjadi doh yang<br />
lembut. Tutup dengan kain lembab dan ketepikan selama<br />
10-20 minit.</font><font face="Times New Roman"> </font><font face="Times New Roman">Canai doh sehingga tipis dan dipotong-potong empat persegi.<br />
Isikan inti epal diatas setiap kepingan doh. Lipat dua dan<br />
lekatkan dengan sedikit air sekelilingnya. Tekankan dengan<br />
garfu sehingga bercantum rapat. Sapukan kuning telur<br />
diatasnya dan atur dalam tin pembakar. Bakar dengan<br />
kepanasan 200 darjah selama 20-25 minit, atau sehingga<br />
kekuning-kuningan.</font></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><i></i>1. Bancuh kopi dengan air panas sehingga rata.<br />
2. Celup sebentar sebatang biskut didalam air kopi, dan atur didasar dish kaca Buat yang sama kepada 6 batang lagi dan atur sehingga menjadi satu lapis. Tetapi biskutnya hendaklah dicelup satu persatu, tidak boleh dicelup lebih dari satu, kerana ia cepat lembek dan berderai.<br />
3. Spray krim diatas biskut sehingga rata dan tertutup.<br />
4. Celup lagi biskut, satu demi satu dan atur diatas krim untuk lapisan kedua. Kemudian sapu krim cheese diatas biskut lapisan kedua ini, sehingga rata dan mampat.<br />
5. Celup lagi biskut, satu demi satu, untuk lapisan ketiga, dan atur diatas krim cheese. Spray krim diatas biskut lapisan ketiga ini, sehingga rata dan cantik.<br />
6. Tabur diatasnya serbuk koko dan serbuk kayu manis hingga rata. Gunakan tapisan the untuk menabur. Barulah hias diatasnya dengan buah-buahanya.<br />
7. Segera masukkan kedalam peti sejuk, selama sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span></span>Masakkan agar-agar bersama air hingga hancur, kemudian masukkan gula dan masaklah hingga mendidih. Perlahankan api. Sendukkan sedikit adunan dan masukkan ke dalam dua bekas yang leper, campurkan pewarna yang berlainan ke dalamnya. Apabila sejuk, potong kecil-kecil. Susu cair diblenderkan bersama telur, tepung kastard, garam dan masukkan ke dalam agar-agar yang dimasak di atas api yang sederhana. Kacau hingga mendidih. Tuangkan ke dalam bekas dan taburkan potongan agar-agar tadi. Sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk hingga keras.</p>
